After the divorce, she need more than regaining her balance and center of gravity. She needed an overhaul in the way she felt, thought, and carried herself. More about our guest - Jennifer Riis-Poulsen is the Founder & CEO of Powerhouse. Born and raised in London, she moved to the US in 2004. She is a Bachelor of Science Graduate in Psychology and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Martial Arts. Jennifer formed Powerhouse in 2011 as a response to the increase in violence against females. She made reducing these statistics a passion and personal goal, developing a comprehensive Personal Safety & Empowerment Program, focused on awareness and powerful techniques to build courage and confidence.
